Candice Shehorn, MBA, CPC

Candice uses her varied corporate training, executive coaching and adult learning academic background as a means to enrich and enable clients to achieve their personal and professional goals. Utilizing her in-depth experience in developing successful management training programs while coaching hundreds of key managers, she has founded Key Pointe Coaching, LLC to offer integrated coaching and leadership programs.

A MBA graduate of the Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Management and certified by the International Coaching Academy, Candice has 20 years of practical hands-on experience in coaching and training managers to excel and achieve.

Candice holds numerous training certifications in Behavior Styles, Presentation Skills, Diversity Training, Conflict Management and Meeting Management. She teaches Business Management and Critical Thinking to undergraduate students. As a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the World Association of Business Coaches (WABC), she advocates the advancement of the coaching profession. She is affiliated with numerous professional organizations as well as being a member of ASTD, ISPI and SHRM.
